  2. Navigate to the “Order History” section.
  3. Find the order containing the items you wish to return.
  4. Click on “Return Item” next to the item you want to return.
  5. Follow the prompts to select the reason for your return and confirm your return request.

If you checked out as a guest, simply click on the “Return Request” link in your order confirmation email and follow the instructions.


Step 3: Receive Your Free Return Shipping Label

Once your return request is approved, we’ll send you a free return shipping label via email.

  • Print the label and attach it securely to the package.
  • If you don’t have a printer, simply follow the instructions to generate a QR code and take it to your nearest shipping carrier.

Step 4: Pack Your Items for Return
